Payment rules
In Case of a ready to Book Day private day tour
The client pays either directly online or via bank transfer or via a payment link that will have been sent to him/her via email.
Payments for Day Tours and Ready To Book Tours are made in totality at the time of the booking.
In Case of a tailor made day tour
A deposit of between 20 and 50% of the total amount (depending on the tour) will be asked to the customer to confirm and secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The rest of the amount will be paid later, usually one month before departure.
This rule applies for both day tours and multiday tours
IF FOR ANY REASONS (usually seasonality), DIFFERENT CONDITIONS ARE MENTIONED ON THE QUOTE YOU RECEIVE FROM US, THEN THOSE CONDITIONS APPLY
Cancellation rules
Customer cancels a Day Tour:
Cancellation from the customer must be made in written form and sent to Lilja Tours via email: julien@lilja-tours.com
Tour cancelled less than 24h before scheduled departure is non-refundable
Tour cancelled between 24h and 48h before scheduled departure will be 50% refunded
Tour cancelled over 48h before scheduled departure will be 100% refunded
Customer cancels a Multi-Day Tour or any Taylor-Made Tour:
If a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable
The rest of the payment follows the rules of cancellation of a regular day tour as mentioned above.
